长输油气管道EPC项目管理模式探析

摘　　要：在介绍EPC项目管理模式涵义、演变历程、特点的基础上,结合国内油气管道EPC项目管理的现状,分析了EPC项目管理模式在我国长输油气管道建设中存在的问题,并对此提出了合理化建议。On the basis of an introduction to connotation, evolution and characteristics of manage- ment model for EPC project,combined with the management status of domestic EPC project about oil and gas pipelines, an analysis focuses on the problems of management model for EPC project in the construction of our national long distance oil and gas pipelines, followed by some rationalization sug- gestions about current problems.
