摘　　要：采用Gleeble-3800热模拟机的多轴系统,对低合金钢进行了不同变形参数的热轧试验。在一定热加工条件下,获得了超细组织。通过金相显微镜和透射电镜的观察,分析了微观组织形态和精细结构特征,获得了不同热变形参数对微观组织的影响规律。Using the multi-axis deformation system of Gleeble-3800 thermo-mechanical simulator, hot low alloy steel was rolled under different forming parameters. Under certain hot working conditions,the ultrafine microstructure was obtained. By the observation of transmission electronic microscope and optical microscope, the morphologies and characteristics of microstructure were analyzed. And the effect of forming parameters on the microstructure of tested steel was obtained.
