摘 要:汽车车轮冲压设备是生产过程中的重要设备,其质量和效率直接影响到汽车的质量和生产效率。而车轮的冲压设备一直以来采用人工完成上、下料工作,其生产效率和产品质量低、生产成本高、安全性差,严重制约了汽车车轮冲压生产线向自动化、柔性化方向的发展。通过对汽车车轮大型冲压设备的上下料机构及过程的分析,研发了一种应用于汽车车轮大型冲压设备的自动上下料辅机,并介绍了它的主要机械结构;在分析了辅机各个运动部件的控制要求后,确定了以PLC作为控制核心的系统控制方案,并设计了PLC控制系统;同时介绍了提高整套辅机工作效率所采取的有效措施。The stamping equipment of automotive wheel is very important in the process of automobile production, which quality and efficiency have a direct impact on the quality and production efficiency of the automobile.Furthermore, its loading and unloading depend on manual operation, which makes their process efficiency very slow, product quality low, production costs high and security poor. These traditional operation ways restrict the development of the automobile wheel stamping production line to the direction of automation and flexible. Through analyzing the mechanism and the process of loading and unloading for a large type of stamping machine of the automotive wheel, the automatic loading and unloading auxiliaries was researched and developed. And the main structures of an automatic loading and unloading auxiliaries were explained; atter the control requirements of the moving parts were analyzed, PLC was selected as the core of the control system, and then the PLC controlling system were designed; at the same time, the effective means of improving efficiency were also introduced.
