摘  要:针对原喷管喷喉加工中存在的问题,根据钢球挤压加工的特点,决定采用钢球挤压加工喷管喷喉工艺。随后介绍了工艺计算过程,并进行了工艺试验。结果表明,该工艺能提高零件的尺寸精度、表面质量和生产效率,降低生产成本。钢球挤压工艺能满足零件大批量生产的要求,可对同类型零件的加工提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem in machining nozzle throat, according to characteristics of the steel ball extrusion processing, the ball extrusion technology in the nozzle throat spray processing was used. And then the technological calculation process of nozzle throat spray processing was introduced, and the technological experiment was done. The results indicate that the size precision, surface quality and production efficiency can be improved. The production cost of the part reduces. The ball extrusion process can meet the requirements of mass production. And it can also provide a reference for the same types of the process.
