摘  要:以铝钢异种金属材料拼焊板为研究对象,采用MARC有限元分析软件对金属拼焊板轧制变形过程进行了模拟。分析了金属材料拼焊板轧制过程中的应力、应变的特征,研究了铝钢异种金属拼焊板与垫板之间的摩擦系数对轧制变形过程的影响。结果表明,金属拼焊板应力和应变随摩擦系数的增大而增大。Taking the aluminum/steel dissimilar metal tailor welded blanks as research object, the rolling process was simulated by MARC finite element analysis software. The stress-strain features of the dissimilar metal tailor welded blanks were analyzed during the rolling process. And the effect of the friction coefficient between the dissimilar metal tailor welded blanks with the backing plate on the rolling forming process was researched. Results show that the stress and strain of the tailor welded blanks can increase with the increasing of the friction coefficient.
