摘　　要：在350MW超临界锅炉安装前检验过程中,发现低温过热器管在弯曲半径等于管径时的弯管圆度在标准中未定义。为此,采用有限元的方法,对低温过热器管在弯曲半径等于管径时的弯管成形进行了模拟,对结果进行了分析,最终给出了该类弯管圆度的推荐控制范围。In checkout course of 350MW super-critical boiler before installation, it was found that the bent tubes＇ circularity of the low temperature superheater tube is not defined in the standards when bending radii is equal to pipe diameter. Thus adopting finite element method, forming of the low temperature superheater tube was simulated and the results were analyzed. Finally it gives the control range to this sort the bent tubes＇ circularity.
