摘　　要：介绍了16.3MN挤压机半自动挤压过程中出现的压力检测故障问题,全面分析了挤压故障的原因。采用排除方法,从液压和电器两方面分别进行了检查分析,提出了预防故障的措施。The pressure test failure appeaing in semi-automatic extrusion process for 16.3MN extruder was introduced, and the causes of extrusion failure were analyzed comprehensively. By adopting method of exclusion, from inspection and analysis of the hydraulic and electrical aspects, the measures to prevent failure were proposed.
