摘　　要：改进了节水阀垫片的加工工艺,确定了冲压模具的类型,优化了排样设计,确定了模具的结构形式。并详细介绍了模具的主要零部件的设计要点,达到了提高生产率和降低成本的目的,并可为同类冲压件的加工提供参考。The process of water valve gasket was improved. The type of stamping dies was determined. The layout design was optimized. A die structure was determined. And the key points in design of the major die components were introduced in detail. Objective of improving productivity and reducing costs were achieved. These can provide a reference for process of similar stamping parts.
