摘　　要：在体外受精技术（IVF）中，不管是自然周期还是刺激周期，获得成熟良好的卵母细胞是进行辅助生殖治疗的重要步骤，并对治疗的最终结局起着重要作用。IVF过程中，人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG）诱导卵母细胞最终成熟以及排卵，卵母细胞暴露于hCG的时间以及hCG后的授精的时间可能影响卵母细胞的发育能力。本文主要对hCG后取卵时间以及随后的授精时机对IVF助孕结局的影响进行探讨。Maturation index is an important parameter for oocyte quality. It could directly affect the outcome of in vitro fertilization （IVF）. In the process of IVF, human chorionic gonadotropin （hCG） is commonly used to induce oocyte maturation and ovulation. The pregnancy rate was not different in oocytes retrieved from 35 to 38 hours after hCG injection. A right time of insemination from 39 to 40 hours after hCG injection could optimize the outcome of IVF.
