中国刚果(金)维和二级医院的卫生防病形势及对策

摘　　要：探讨中国赴刚果(金)二级医院维和行动中卫生防疫保障特点。采取综合防疫保障:①加强学习培训,提高人员防疫的意识和能力水平;②认真筹措防疫物资,确保应用和防护效果;③建立完善制度预案,抓好落实和演练;④科学调研论证,严格控制传染源;⑤认真开展环境治理,有效切断传播途径;⑥保护易感人群。在自然气候恶劣,疫情形势严峻的8个月维和任务期内,维和医疗分队未发生一例食物中毒和传染病病情。全程综合卫生防疫保障可有力地保障维和医疗分队圆满完成维和任务。This paper discusses the characteristics of sanitation and epidemic prevention of the peace-keeping mission of Chinese Level II Hospital to Congo.The following general sanitation and anti-epidemic measures were applied： 1.Strengthen the study and training to improve the epidemic preventive awareness and capability level of the staff;2.Raise the epidemic preventive materials carefully to ensure their effects of application and prevention;3.Establish a consummate system and counterplans,and ensure their implementation and rehearsal;4.Control the infection source strictly by scientific survey and demonstration;5.Cut the spreading route effectively by carrying out environmental governance;6.Protect the susceptible population.There was no single case of food poisoning or infectious disease in peace-keeping medical contingent in such a atrocious weather and serious epidemic situation during the 8 months mission.Comprehensive sanitation and epidemic prevention through the whole course can forcefully support the peace-keeping medical contingent to fulfill its peace-keeping mission successfully.
