摘　　要：日间手术治疗模式能够有效缩短患者的手术时间,减少平均住院日,减轻经济负担,是治疗模式的一次创新。该治疗模式在国外已广泛开展,但在国内尚未完全推广。为适应市场竞争,医院应主动创新治疗模式,不断思考自身学科定位和作用。文中从日间手术概况、实践及效果评价3个方面对日间手术治疗模式进行初步探讨。Day surgery mode of treatment can effectively reduce the operation time of patients,shorten hospital stay and reduce economic burden.Day surgery mode is an innovation of the treatment modes,this treatment mode has not been fully carried out in China.For meeting the market competition,innovating hospital mode and thinking about its own disciplinary position and role,proposes a preliminary discussion about some measures and experiences on day surgery treatment mode.
