摘　　要：骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCF)是指由于骨质疏松症造成椎体骨组织内钙的逐渐丢失,引起骨密度和骨强度的降低,造成椎体单发或多发压缩性骨折。OVCF已成为骨质疏松症患者临床常见的一种骨折,常导致脊柱后凸畸形,引起疼痛、功能障碍。近年来由于医疗技术的发展,OVCF的诊断报告病例逐渐增多。本文就OVCF治疗研究进展简要做一综述。Osteoporotic vertebral compressive fractures （OVCF） is a disease characterized with gradual loss of calcium in the vertebral bone tissue due to osteoporosis, resulting in the reduction of bone mineral densityand bone strength, and leading to single or multiple vertebral compressive fractures. OVCF has become one kind of common fractures in osteoporotic patients, often leading to kyphosis, causing pain and dysfunction. With the development of medical technology in recent years, the reported cases diagnosed as OVCF increase gradually. This paper reviews the research progress in the treatment of OVCF briefly.
