内蒙古自治区2009年至2011年麻疹疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的:监测并分析麻疹疫苗的安全性和疑似预防接种异常反应发生特征。方法:对内蒙古2009年至2011年麻疹疫苗接种后发生并报告的预防接种异常反应进行调查分析。结果:全自治区报告疑似预防接种异常反应281例,其中一般反应231例,异常反应40例,偶合症7例,心因性反应3例。结论:麻疹疫苗安全性较好。Objective：To analyze the occurrence characteristic of adverse events following immunization （AEFI） of Measles Vaccine （MV） and to assess the safety of the vaccine in Inner Mongolia. Methods： The adverse events following immunization of MV were an- alyzed and researched from 2009 to 2011 in Inner Mongolia. Results： Two hundred and eighty - one cases of AEFIs were reported and investigated, among them,the general reactions were 231 cases, vaccine abnormal reactions were 40 cases, coupled reactions were 7 ca- ses and psychogenic reactions were 3 cases. Conclusion： The MV used in Inner Mongolia is safe.
