摘 要:目的:观察低频电刺激(LFES)结合低强度脉冲超声波(LIPUS)预防兔应力性骨折的作用。方法:将12只新西兰兔随机分为3组,治疗组、模型组各5只,正常组2只。采用电刺激装置使治疗组、模型组兔每天进行约300次有效跑跳运动,每周训练6天,共5周。每日跑跳后,治疗组采用LFES结合LIPUS于胫骨处进行治疗。模型组无干预。5周后采用单光子发射型计算机断层扫描(SPECT/CT)、病理、生物力学等方法检测各组相关指标。结果:模型组兔胫骨放射性计数比值显著高于正常组与治疗组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组胫骨放射性计数比值与正常组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组间骨矿物密度(BMD)无统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组最大载荷、最大应力、弹性模量与治疗组及正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与正常组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理结果显示,模型组胫骨损伤较治疗组和正常组严重。结论:LFES结合LIPUS可有效预防兔实验性胫骨应力性骨折。Objective To observe the effects of low frequency electric stimulation (LFES) combined with low intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) on the prevention of stress fracture in rabbits. Methods 12 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:5 in model group,5 in treatment group and 2 in blank group. Animals in the model group and treatment group were forced to run or jump in a special device under the electrical stimulation 300 times per day, 6 days per week for a total of 5 weeks. LFES and LI- PUS were applied to the treatment group after training ,whereas the model group received no any treat-ment after training. Radiocounting ratio,BMD,maximum load,max-stress and elastic modulus,and pathological changes were determined after 5 weeks through single photon emission computerized tomog- raphy and histological technique,respectively. Results The radiocounting ratio of tibia in the model group were higher than that in treatment group and blank group (P 〈 0.05), there was no difference in radiocounting ratio of tibia between treatment group and blank group(P 〉 0.05). There was no difference in BMD in three groups (P 〉 0.05). The maximum load, max-stress and elastic modulus in the model group were lower than other groups (P 〈 0.05). The tibia injury in the model group was more serious than treatment group and blank group. Conclusion LFES combined with LIPUS can effectively prevent stress fracture of tibia in rabbits.
