摘　　要：台湾产业结构升级取得了巨大的进步,资讯产业尤其明显。从企业间共性技术视角,分析自20世纪70年代以来,台湾在共性技术引进、创新与产业升级之间的关系,指出台湾地方政府在共性技术筛选、推动创新、转移模式等方面值得大陆借鉴和思考。There is a tremendous progress in Taiwan＇s industrial up-grading, especially in the area of informational technology industry. This analysis tries to figure out the relationship between Taiwan generic technology introduc- tion,innovation and industry upgrading. In the end ,it points out that Taiwan local government has played an impor- tant role in generic technology filter, promotion, innovation and transformation. It sets a good example for the mainland＇s developing its generic technology in the very near future.
