摘　　要：虚拟社会正深刻影响着人们的生活方式和交往方式,也影响着人的全面发展。根据马克思的人的全面发展理论,虚拟社会一方面从丰富个体需要、增强自主性、促进个性发展、发展社会关系等方面大大促进了人的全面发展;另一方面,网民也容易沉溺虚拟世界,疏离现实社会,呈现多重人格,诱发认同危机,陷入信息异化,弱化科学精神和道德自觉,从而使虚拟社会阻滞着人的全面发展。理性认识虚拟社会,强化网络德育,增强网民的道德认知和道德自觉,培育理性精神,培养现代公民,是虚拟社会条件下促进人的全面发展的可资借鉴的引导策略。The virtual society has profound influences on the behavior pattern and ways of communication of hu- man. Meanwhile, it has both positive and negative effects on the comprehensive development of human beings. For the former, the virtual society could fulfill individual demands, enhance individual independence, foster individual personality and develop social relationship of individuals. For the latter, in the virtual society the netizen may be iso- lated from reality society, shape into a multiple personality, confront identity crisis, and sink into information aliena- tion. We should have Have an knowledge rationally on the virtual society, educate seriously the netizen, and breed the rational spirit of citizen, which are the proper guidance strategies to promote the comprehensive development of human beings.
