摘　　要：中苏(俄)外交关系变化对近代西北商路的经贸活动变化产生的重要影响,突出地表现在商品流量、流向变化方面。此种变化不仅加剧区域商品市场变动,而且影响相关生产要素的流动。这不仅是近代西北区域商品市场变动的重要原因和主要特征,而且也是近代西北区域经济非均衡发展趋势不断加剧的外部原因。它表明,政治形势变化是近代西北区域经济发展中内在动力机制生成的重要影响因素。此影响因素亦是今日西北区域经济发展应直面的历史"传统"和时代命题。In modern China, the change of the diplomatic relationships between the Soviet Union （Russia） and China had an important influence on the changes of the trade activities in the trade route in the north-west of China, This kind of influence resulted prominently in the change of the quantity of commodity circulation as well as the di- rection of commodity circulation. This kind of change not only exacerbated the change commodity market of in this region, but also changed the flow direction of the product ter of the commodity market change in the region, but also factor. This was not only the important reason and charac- the external reason of the unbalance development trend of the regional economic development in the north-west modern China which becomes more serious. It showed that the change of political situation was the important influence factor in which the intrinsic dynamic mechanism grown up in the regional economic development in the north-west of modern China. Today, this kind of influence factors are also the history ＂tradition＂ and era topic that the regional economic development should face in the north-west of China.
