摘  要:光合作用是决定作物产量的重要生理因素,进行绿豆光合日变化特性研究,对于探究绿豆干物质积累规律和增产机理均有很大的指导意义。采用CB-1102型光合蒸腾作用测定系统,对鼓粒盛期的绿豆光合指标日变化规律进行研究。结果表明,鼓粒盛期绿豆净光合速率(Pn)的日变化、蒸腾速率(E)的日变化、气孔导度(Clea)f的日变化曲线均为单峰型曲线,峰值均出现在13:00左右;胞间CO2浓度日变化则呈现斜"V"字型的曲线特点,13:00为全天最低值。Photosynthesis is important physiological factors for yield formation,research on diurnal variation of photosynthesis is of guiding value for exploration the rule of dry matter accumulation and yield-increasing mechanism of mung bean.With CB-1102 portable photosynthetic system,the photosynthetic rate of mung bean leaf at seed filling stage was studied.The results showed that daily changes of net photosynthetic rate presented a single peak curve,peak value appeared at noon 13:00,depression phenomenon weren't occurred;transpiration rate presented a single peak curve,peak value all appeared at noon 13:00;stomatal conductance also presented a single peak curve,peak value also appeared at 13:00;Variation of intercellular CO2 concentration appeared "V" shape,the lowest value appeared at 13:00.
