摘 要:以日光温室黄瓜连作1~3,4~7,8~10 a的土壤为研究对象,测定土壤微生物数量和养分含量。结果表明,连续种植4~7 a的土壤中微生物总数最多,达4.7×107cfu/g;8~10 a的最少,为2.2×107cfu/g;随连作年限的增加,细菌数量表现出先增加后减少的趋势,在连作4~7 a的土壤中达到最大值,为4.2×107cfu/g;放线菌的数量表现为逐年减少的趋势;真菌数量随连作年限的增加呈增长趋势。而土壤氮、磷、钾含量随连作年限的增加逐年增多,但氮的投入不足,磷的投入适中,钾肥投入过量。Study was carried out on the effects of 1~3,4~7,8~10 years continuous cropping cucumber soil on the microbial quantities and nutrient content in greenhouse.The microbe quantity in the soil of continuous cropping for 4~7 year was the most,reaching 4.7×107 cfu/g dry soil and that in soil for 8~10 year was the least,2.2×107 cfu/g dry soil.With the rise of continuous cropping years,the quantity of bacteria showed the trend of first increasing and later decreasing,but reached the biggest value at 4~7 years,4.2×107 cfu/g dry soil.The actinomycetes quantity showed a decreasing trend and the fungi increasing.The nutrient content in cucumber soil showed a increasing trend.The nitrogen input was short,phosphate moderate,and potassic excessive.
