不确定环境下我国物流企业的成长路径

摘　　要：物流企业的成长,对优化产业结构、提高经济运行质量有着积极的促进作用,成长路径的选择是企业成长战略的重要诉求。文章分析了我国物流企业成长过程的环境不确定性,提出了尚处于起步发展期的我国物流企业的成长路径,认为只有根据企业内部所拥有和控制的资源和能力的独特性、对外部环境的适应性和匹配性来选择成长路径,才是促进我国物流企业持续成长的正确选择。The growth of logistics enterprises will play a positive role in optimizing the industrial structure and improving economical operation quality; the growth path choice is the important appeal of the enterprises growth strategy. The environmental uncertainty in the process of Chinese logistics enterprises growth is analyzed~ and the growth path for them that in the starting development stage is put forward. The results show that it is just the right choice to promote the sustainable growth of Chinese logistics enterprises according to the uniqueness of inner resources and abilities and the suitability and consistency to outer environment.
