摘  要:以条叶百合、王百合、麝香百合‘雪皇后’品种及其杂交种条叶百合×王百合、条叶百合ב雪皇后’幼苗为试验对象,测定了高温逆境下幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白质量分数、根系活力及叶绿素荧光参数的应激反应。结果表明,28℃时,试材SOD、POD酶活性最高,初始荧光参数(Fo)和最大荧光产量参数(Fm)极显著上升并达到峰值;31℃时,可溶性蛋白质量分数显著上升,根系活力极显著上升并达到峰值;37℃至40℃,SOD酶活性、Fo、Fm又有缓慢上升的趋势。高温逆境下百合亲本和杂交种对测定指标反应不完全一致,杂交种耐热性介于亲本之间或高于亲本。Seedlings of Lilium caUosum, L. regale, 'Snow Queen' ( L. Iongifrolum ) and their hybrids Lilium callosumxL, regale, Lilium callosum Snow Queen' were treated in the chambers with high temperature to detect the SOD and POD activities, soluble protein content, root activity and the stress response of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in seedling leaves under the environment of high temperature. As a result, the experiment materials showed the highest SOD and POD activities under 28 degrees C, and Fo and Fm were promoted to the climax. Soluble protein content obviously increased to its maximum as well as root activity under 31 degrees C. And between the section of 37 to 40 degrees C, SOD activity, Fo and Fm tended to show a slow rise. Hybrids exhibited different indexes compared with their parents under the heat-tolerance experiment, and the heat resistance of the hybrids was found lie between that of the parents or even a higher level.
