摘  要:对2007—2010年间扎龙湿地不同水深环境下芦苇(Phragmites australis)种群的生长特征和多样性进行了分析。结果表明:生长季内,扎龙湿地芦苇的株高、基径、生物量呈现单峰曲线变化,均在8月末达到最大值;2010年芦苇生物量较大,介于1 591~3 828 g·m-2,与其他3 a间差异极显著(P<0.01),生物量大小顺序依次是2010年>2009年>2008年>2007年,在20~40 cm的水深范围内芦苇有最大的生物量。2010年株高最大,与2007年2008年比差异极显著(P<0.01),20~40 cm的水深有最大的株高。芦苇的密度变化在各年及各样方之间没有明显的规律性,即呈现无规则型。研究区的10个调查样方随水深环境梯度变化,各样方物种间存在明显的替代关系。各相近样地间的Sorensen指数值均大于不相近样地间的值。水生环境植物群落间的相似性程度较大,而旱生环境植物群落间相似性程度较小。Ecological properties and diversities were analyzed with wild bulrush communities in Zhalong marsh under the change of water depth gradient. Results showed that the average plant height, stem diameter and biomass in a growing season presented an single-peak curve, which all reached a maximum in late August. The biomass in 2010 was larger, ranging from 1 591 to 3 828 g . m-2. The difference was extremely significant ( P〈0.01 ) compared the biomass in 2010 with other three years. The biomass size of 2010 was the highest, followed by 2009, 2008, and 2007. The largest biomass appeared in the range from 20 to 40 cm of the water depth. The plant height in 2010 was the highest, and the difference was extremely significant (P〈0.01) compared with plant height in 2007 and 2008. The largest plant height also appeared in the range from 20 to 40 cm of the water depth. There was an obviously alternative relation among species in various sample regions through the,8-diversity analysis with ten survey samples taken from the change of water depth gradient within the research area. Sorensen exponential values of the adjacent samples were all greater than the values of non-neighborin sample plots.
