糖尿病患者肌电图异常与血清VitB12、叶酸关系的观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨糖尿病不同病程患者血清维生素B12（VitB12）、叶酸含量与肌电图异常之间的关系。方法：利用放射免疫法检测86例不同病程糖尿病患者及对照组血清VitB12、叶酸含量并与神经肌电图检测的异常结果进行比较。结果：86例糖尿病患者血清VitB12、叶酸含量期望值正常以上者与偏低者和对照组比较，两者期望值正常以上者所占比例相当；糖尿病患者按不同病程分组分别与对照组比较，随病程增加，期望值正常以上所占比例有逐渐增加趋势；分别将糖尿病患者血清VitB12、叶酸期望值偏低者与正常以上者和患者运动神经传导速度（MCV）、感觉神经传导速度（SCV）及胫神经H反射潜伏期与尺神经F波潜伏期分别进行比较，无论是偏低还是在正常期望值以上者，其MCV、SCV、胫神经H反射潜伏期、尺神经F波潜伏期的异常率基本一致。结论：糖尿病患者血清VitB。叶酸含量与对照组比较，比值基本一致，且随病程增加而期望值正常以上所占比例有逐渐增加的趋势，与神经检测之肌电图异常无明显关联。Objective： To explore the relationship between the abnormal EMG and serum vitamin B12 （VitB12）and folie acid in patients with diabetes. Methods：The abnormal EMG and serum vitamin B12 （VitB12）and folie acid were detected by radioimmunoassay in 86 patients with diabetes in different degree and the control group. Results：There was similar proportion of expectated content of serum VitB12 and fo- lic in all patients and the controls. In the control group the proportion of expected content in the patients with diabetes In comparision with deffierent courses of diabetes had increasing tendenee;MCV,SCV, the latency of tibial nerve H-reflex and ulnar nerve F-wave in above or low expectation groups of serum （VitB12 ,folie acid content. The abnormality rate of MCV,SCV,the latency of H-reflex and F-wave in dif- ferent groups was basically the same. Conclusion：The radio of the serum VitB12 and folie acid content in patients with diabetes, as compared with the control group are essentially the same, and with the increase in the course of disease,above proportion of normal expectation possesses gradually increasing tendancy, which is not significantly related with abnormal EMG.
