摘  要:目的:研究马来酸罗格列酮及其同类药物盐酸吡咯列酮在不同激发光波长下的酸碱度条件共存时的表面增强拉曼光谱,对两者在酸碱条件下的共存情况进行讨论。方法:用2种不同的激发光波长对不同酸碱条件下马来酸罗格列酮及盐酸吡咯列酮共存体系的表面增强拉曼散射进行考察。结果:研究表明,在532 nm和785 nm激发下,中性和碱性条件都不能鉴别两者,而偏酸性的pH条件有利于两者的鉴别。结论:偏酸性的条件有利于马来酸罗格列酮-盐酸吡咯列酮共存体系表面增强拉曼散射的同时检测。Objective:To study the surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectra of rosiglitazone maleate and its similar drug pioglitazone hydrochloride coexisting in different pH conditions under various optical luminescences, and to discuss the coexistent situation on the acidic/basic condition. Methods:Two kinds of excitation wavelengths under different pH conditions were adopted for the SERS study of the coexistence system of rosiglitazone mleate and pioglitazone hydrochloride. Results: With the wavelengths of 532 nm and 785 nm, rosiglitazone maleate and pioglita- zone hydroehloride could neither be identified under neutral nor basic conditions;however, they could be identified under acidic conditions. Conclusion:Acidic conditions are favorable for simultaneous detection of rosiglitazone mal- eate - pioglitazone hydrochloride coexistence system by surface- enhanced Raman scattering.
