摘　　要：本文从过程管理的视角出发,在对我国专利产生全过程进行阶段划分的基础上,分析了各阶段影响专利质量的因素,并阐释了了专利申请质量、专利审查质量、专利质量乃至专利价值之间的关系,进而构建了中国专利质量影响因素理论框架。基于这一框架,作者设计了测量量表,并面向专利代理人和专利审查员两类群体开展调查。利用所搜集的数据,文章主要运用探索性因子分析方法提炼出了影响专利质量的相关因素。依据影响因素分析,进而提出了提升我国专利质量的政策思路。The analysis on the determinants influencing the patent quality in the different phases is focused on, the relationship a- mong patent application quality, patent examination quality, patent quality, and patent value is explored, and furthermore a theo- retical frame for the determinants of Chinese patent quality is constructed by following the principle of process management and based on the different phases classification in the whole patenting process. Meanwhile, a questionnaire investigation in patent a- gents and patent examiners on the determinants of patent quality is carried out and an analysis on the major elements is conduc- ted, the major phases and determinants influencing the quality of Chinese patents are refined by means of exploratory factor analy- sis method, and the policy stream of thoughts for improving the Chinese patent quality is provided.
