男同性恋HIV感染者牙周情况分析

摘　　要：目的总结男同性恋人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者的牙周损伤特点,分析吸烟与病情程度的关系。方法对首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院确诊的58例HIV感染的男同性恋患者进行问卷调查和牙周检查,分析吸烟与龈沟出血指数的关系。结果 58例感染者的软垢、结石以及牙龈炎症的检出率分别为91.4%、94.8%、93.1%,牙龈探诊出血阳性率为82.8%,牙周袋检出率为15.5%,此群体为龈炎中度表现。吸烟、戒烟与不吸烟组龈沟出血指数的差异无统计学意义(2.42±1.18、2.75±0.50、2.27±1.11;P>0.05)。结论北京市男同性恋HIV感染者口腔卫生情况不良,牙周组织炎症较健康人群明显,牙龈出血为HIV感染者的伴发疾病。Objective To summarize the characteristics of periodontal injury and analyze the relationship between smoking and severity of injury in HIV-infected men who have sex with man （MSM） in beijing. Methods Questionnaire survey and oral examination were carried out in 58 MSMs diagnosed with HIV infection in beijing You＇an hospital, and the relationship between smoking and sulcus bleeding index （SBI） was analyzed. Results Of the 58 HIV-infected MSMs, the detection rates of materia alba, dental calculus and gingival inflammation were 91.4%,94.8%,93.1% respectively, the posi- tive rate of gingival bleeding on probing was 82.8%, and the detection rate of periodontal pocket was 15.5%. HIV-infected MSMs showed middle-grade gingival inflammation. There was no significant difference in SBI between smoker, quiting smoker and non-smoker groups （2.42＋1.18, 2.75~0.50, 2.27~1.11, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Poor oral hygiene are shown in HIV-infected MSMs. The typical symptoms of periodontal tissue inflammation are more obvious in HIV-infected MSMs than in healthy men. Gingival Bleeding is a accompanied diease.
