摘 要:以NaNO3为提取剂,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术同时测定土壤中有效态Cu、Cd、Cr、Zn、Ni、Pb、Mn 7种微量元素。考察了基体效应以及质谱干扰等因素,引入Rh为内标元素有效地克服了基体效应所引起的测量偏差。方法的检出限为0.033~0.21μg/L,样品加标回收率为92.1%~116.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.07%。According to the method for determination of available forms of metals in soil extracted with NaNO3, the amounts of Cu, Cd, Cr, Zn, Ni, Pb and Mn were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The matrix interference and spectrometric interference caused by soil have been studied. The interference from soil matrix was efficiently corrected by the addition of internal standard Rh. The detection limits of method were 0. 033-0.21 ug/L. Standard recoveries of soil sample were 92.1%-116.8% with the relative standard deviations less than 6.07%.
