摘  要:深海具有特殊的腐蚀环境特点,需要研究涂料对深海工程结构物的防护性。利用自制的深海环境模拟试验装置,分别在0.1 MPa和3.5 MPa静水压力条件下,对典型涂层吸水率、附着力、交流阻抗特性和微观形貌进行了对比研究。结果表明:与0.1 MPa海水浸泡相比,在3.5 MPa静水压力条件下涂层具有不同的吸水特征;涂层与金属基体间的附着力逐渐降低,涂层防护性能的劣化过程明显加快。Compared to surface seawater,there are many different corrosion characteristics in deep seawater condition,which challenges the protective performance of paints and coatings for the engineering structures employed therein.Therefore it is imperative to conduct relevant studies in this respect.For this purpose,a test rig that can simulate deep sea environment was developed by our group and performed to comparatively determine the water adsorption and adhesion force of several commonly used paints and coatings at a hydrostatic pressure of 0.1 MPa and 3.5 MPa.The electrochemical impedance spectra and micro-morphology of the coatings were also analyzed.Results indicate that,as compared with immersion in seawater at 0.1 MPa,various tested coatings have much different water-adsorption performance and adhesion force as well under 3.5 MPa hydrostatic pressure condition.Namely,in hydrostatic pressure condition,the adhesion force of the coatings to substrate tends to gradually decline,and their protective performance is worsened more rapidly.
