摘 要:以贵州省黔东南州某石煤提钒厂废渣为主要原料,取代基础玻璃组成中的Al2O3制备CaO~Al2O3~SiO2系微晶玻璃。采用DSC、XRD、SEM以及其他测试手段对样品进行分析,探讨了钒渣掺入量对微晶玻璃结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明:由DSC曲线确定核化与晶化温度分别为810℃和1000℃;对样品进行XRD分析,发现其主晶相为β-硅灰石,并且随着钒渣掺入量的增加,样品主晶相不发生变化。对11个样品进行综合比较后,发现9号样结构及性能最佳,其钒渣掺入量为63.62%,样品结构致密,气孔率低,抗折强度、吸水率及莫氏硬度明显优于天然石材。Replacing Al2O3 that in the base composition of glass,used the slag from a stone coal vanadium plant in Qiandongnan of Guizhou Province as the main raw material to produce CaO~Al2O3~SiO2 series of glass-ceramics.Conducted DSC,XRD,SEM and Other testing methods on the samples,and explored the impacts of the vanadium slag incorporation amount to the structure and performance of the glass-ceramics.The results showed that: the nucleation and crystallization temperatures determined by the DSC curve were 810℃ and 1000℃,respectively;and found the main crystalline phase of the samples was β-wollastonite when analyzed by XRD,however,with the increase of the vanadium slag incorporation,the main crystalline phase of the sample did not change.After a comprehensive comparison on 11 samples,found the structure and performance of sample No.9 was of the best,and the vanadium slag incorporation amount of it up to 63.62%,the sample had dense structure and low porosity,the flexural strength,water absorption and Mohs hardness were significantly better than the natural stones.
