摘　　要：社会组织的发展是我国社会发展的一个重要趋势。推进社会组织统战工作是一项关系巩固党的执政地位,扩大党的群众基础的重要课题,是对传统社团统战、新阶层统战工作的拓展,反映了统战关注对象向社会基层延伸的趋势和动向。社会组织统战工作的必要性在于:构建党与社会互动关系的需要;为执政体系增加政治输入装置的需要;对体制外政治参与制度化与再组织化的需要;加大录用与吸纳社会精英的需要;加大执政体系政治整合与社会团结的需要。推进社会组织统战工作可从分类指导、抓重点,以及从关注社会组织的代表人士等方面入手。The development of social organizations is an important trend in the development of our society,the social forces to promote social management and social innovation cannot be ignored.Promoting the social organizations united front work is an important issue related to consolidate the Party's ruling status and expand its mass base,is an expansion of the traditional societies united front,new sectors of the united front work,reflects the trends and developments of the united front object of attention to the grassroots level.The necessity of the social organization of the united front work is to: needs of building the interaction between Party and the society;needs of increasing the political input device for the ruling system;needs of institutionalization and re-organization of political participation outside the system;needs of increasing hiring and absorbing the social elite;needs of increasing the ruling system of political integration and social cohesion.Efforts on the key guidance from the classification,as well as concerned about the social organization on behalf of people to start promoting social organizations united front work.
