摘 要:以小分子量聚合醇、金属催化剂、氨水、高温保护剂、改性剂为原料,制得钻井液用抗高温聚胺盐抑制剂JAI,外观为浅黄色黏性液体。研究表明,JAI处理剂抗黏土污染量达到40%以上,过40目、28目筛的滚动回收率分别为63.8%、51.2%,并使膨润土在清水中的膨胀体积由9.8 mL降至2.75 mL,抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和分散的能力较好,各项性能与国外同类产品Ultrahib相当。在93 200℃范围内,2%JAI溶液的钻屑回收率和pH值随温度变化较小,平均值分别为63%和9.5。与甲酸盐和KCl盐水体系的配伍性良好。在两口井的现场应用表明,JAI抑制剂可大幅提高体系的抑制性,有效解决大段泥页岩导致的严重垮塌和膨胀缩径,以及严重造浆等复杂问题。New polyamine salt inhibitor JAI, a buff viscous liquid, was prepared from polyglycol with low molecular weight, metal catalyst, ammonia water, high temperature protection agent and modifier. Experiment results showed that the bentonite pollution capacity for JAI was more than 40%, the rolling recovery through 40 and 28 mesh sieves was of 63.8% and 51.2%, respectively, and the clay swelling volume reduced from 9.8 mL in tap water to 2.75 mL in JAI solution. The hydration and dispersion of reactive shale were inhibited effectively by JAI, which was comparable to that of foreign product named Uhrahib. The change of temperature recovery and pH value, with the average value 63% at 93--200℃, had little effect on the variation of rolling and 9.5, respectively. The compatibility between JAI and formate or KC1 salt water drilling fluid was good. The field tests in two wells showed that the inhibition ability of drilling fluids could be enhanced obviously by JAI, and the problems such as sloughing and tight hole were solved efficiently.
