摘 要:利用均匀设计实验方法,对多相泡沫体系调剖效果的影响因素进行了实验研究;运用逐步回归分析方法得到了分流系数与聚合物浓度、聚合物微球浓度、多相泡沫注入量、渗透率级差等四个因素的经验公式,并对多相泡沫体系的注入方式进行了优化。结果表明,分流系数主要受渗透率级差、多相泡沫注入量和聚合物微球浓度影响。渗透率级差越大,分流效果越明显;多相泡沫注入量存在一个与聚合物浓度有关的最大值;聚合物微球的浓度与渗透率级差、多相泡沫注入量存在交互作用;多相泡沫体系中段塞注入方式的分流效果要稍好于连续注入方式。The influencing factors of the profile control of the muhiphase foam system was studied by a uniform design method, and an empirical formula of divided flow coefficient was established using stepwise regression method with four factors of polymers concentration, polymer mierosphere concentration, injection volume of muhiphase foam and permeability difference. In addition, the injection mode of multiphase foam system was also optimized. The results indicated that the divided flow coefficient was mainly affected by permeability difference, injection volume of muhiphase foam and polymer microsphere concentration. The larger the permeability difference was, the better the divided-flow effect, was. There also existed a maximum of injection volume of multiphase foam which was correlated with polymers concentration. Furtherly, there was a certain interaction among the polymer mierosphere concentration, permeability difference and the injection volume of multiphase foam. The slugging injection mode showed a better performance than continuous injection mode in multiphase foam system.
