摘 要:针对渤海油田聚合物驱开发的实际需求,利用物理模拟方法,以AP-P4疏水缔合聚合物为例,采用了岩心流动实验,注入多孔介质前后黏度变化和聚合物线团尺寸变化等方法对聚合物线团尺寸与岩石孔喉配伍性进行了研究。结果表明,3种相对分子质量为600×104、1000×104和1600×104的聚合物分别与渗透率为500×10-3~1000×10-3、1000×10-3~1500×10-3、1500×10-3~2000×10-3μm2的岩石孔喉半径匹配效果较好,此时,岩心孔喉半径中值与聚合物分子线团尺寸之比R*/Rh分别为6.09~8.01、7.07~8.09、6.95~7.51。对于渤海油田,岩石孔喉半径中值与聚合物线团尺寸比值为6~8时,聚合物与岩石的孔隙结构匹配效果较好。对于渗透率为500×10-3、1000×10-3和2000×10-3×m2的不同渗透率的地层,推荐选用相对分子质量分别低于600×104,1000×104和1600×104的聚合物,若考虑配制和注入过程中的剪切和热降解作用,聚合物相对分子质量还可以适当提高,但最高不宜超过800×104,1200×104和1800×104。Facing the actual demand of polymer flooding development in Bohai oilfield, through the core flow experiment, compatibility between the coil dimension polymer and rock pore throat was researched by measurement of the change of viscosity and polymer clew dimension of the hydrophobically associating polymer AP-P4 before and after injection of porous media. The results showed that, the polymers of molecular weight of 600 × 10^4, 1000 × 10^4 and 1600 ×10^4were compatible well with the cores of different permeability of 500 × 10 ^-3--1000× 10^-3, 1000 × 10^-3--1500× 10 ^-3and 1500 × 10^-3--2000 × 10^-3μm^2, respectively, and the ratio of median pore-throat radius R * to Polymer Clew Dimension Rh was 6.09--8.01,7.07--8.09, 6.95--7.51, respectively. In the Bohai oilfield, when R ^* / Rh was 6 - 8, compatibility of the polymer and rock pore throat was well. Hence, the polymers of moleeular weight not less than 600 × 10^4, 1000 × 10^4, 1600 × 10^4, respectively, was recommended for the formation of different permeability of 500 × 10 ^-3g, m^2, 1000× 10^-3 μm^2, 2000 × 10-3 μm^2, respectively. And when considering the sheafing and thermal degradation when preparation and injeetion, the molecular weight of polymer also could be increased slightly, however, the molecular weight of polymer could not be higher than 800 × 10^4, 1200 × 10^4and 1800 × 10^4, respectively.
