摘 要:针对辽河冷一联老化油,研制出低温高效的聚醚类破乳剂WL-146,最佳合成条件为:丙烯酸、马来酸酐摩尔比2:1,混合酸(以羧基计)、破乳剂单体(以羟基计)摩尔比1.3:1,引发剂BPO用量为混合酸质量的10%,聚合反应温度80℃,聚合时间2 h,酯化反应温度140℃,酯化时间6 h。用红外光谱法对所得改性破乳剂的结构进行了表征,并考察了其对辽河冷一联老化油的破乳脱水性能。结果表明,反应得到目标共聚物,反应较完全。WL-146破乳剂在70℃、加量400 mg/kg的条件下,对冷一联老化油的脱水率达78.54%,老化油三相分离明显,界面清晰,而标样SP-169对老化油的脱水率仅为20.40%。WL-146、SP-169破乳脱出水的电导率分别为325.00、248.00μs/cm2。WL-146破乳脱水效果好于SP-169。Aimed at Lengyilian aged oil in Liaohe oilfield, a low temperature and efficient polyether demulsifier WL-146 was developed. The optimum synthesis condition was obtained as follows : a combination of acrylic acid and maleic anhydride in molar ratio 2:1, acid mixture (carboxyl) and demulsifier (hydroxyl) in molar ratio 1.3:1, 10% initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO) dosage for mixed acid in quality, 80℃ polymerization temperature, 2 h aggregate time, 140℃ esterification reaction temperature, and 6 h esterification time. The structure of WL-146 was characterized by Fr-IR and the dehydration effect on aged oil was studied. The results showed that objective copolymer was obtained through the reaction. The dehydration rate of aged oil treated by demulsifier WL-146 at 70℃ and 400 mg/kg dosage was up to 78.54%, and three-phase separation was visible with clear interface, while that by SP-169 was only 20.40%. Dehydration water conductivity of WL-146 and SP-169 was of 325 and 248 μs/cm^2, respectively. The dehydration effect of WL-146 was better than that of SP-169.
