摘 要:针对塔河油田酸压措施井产出含酸稠油脱水难度大、脱水效率低的问题,本文探讨了骤变温破乳工艺的可行性。实验结果表明,与恒高温条件相比,骤变温条件下对含酸稠油进行热化学沉降脱水处理,脱水速率最高可提高17倍,脱水率可达90%以上。塔河油田含酸稠油破乳脱水前期骤冷降温处理,可加快脱水速率;骤冷之后进行骤热处理,同样可加快脱水速率;脱水后期骤变温处理对破乳脱水影响作用很小。Aimed at the problem of poor demulsification effect of acid-heavy oil emulsion in Tahe oiliield, the demulsification technology of chemistry precipitation by suddenly-alternating-temperature was probed. The results showed that compared with the condition of the constant high temperature, under the condition of suddenly-alternating-temperature, the dehydration ratio of acid-heavy oil emulsion could be more than 90%, and the dehydration rate was 17 times higher. The demulsification of the acid-heavy oil emulsion could be accelerated quickly in the condition of suddenly cooling treatment after heating in the early and suddenly heating after cooling in the middle. And the effect of the suddenly heating or cooling treatment in the last was insignificant.
