摘  要:合成了丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯/马来酸酐三元共聚物,命名为CT,通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征;研究了该共聚物对高钡离子水、高锶离子水及油田模拟复合离子(Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Sr2+)水的阻垢效果,探讨了高钙离子含量下进一步提高其阻垢效果的措施。结果表明,在加量为60 mg/L下,CT对硫酸钡、硫酸锶阻垢率分别达100%和80%,但对钙垢阻垢率仅为50%。CT对油田低钙(Ca2+含量400 mg/L)、高钡(Ba2+含量500 mg/L)锶(Sr2+含量500 mg/L)复合离子水体的阻钙垢和钡锶垢的效果明显,在CT加量为100 mg/L下,阻垢率均达90%。质量比2:1的CT与钙阻垢剂CX的复配物,在加量为100 mg/L时,可使高钙(Ca2+含量1000 mg/L)、高钡(Ba2+含量500 mg/L)锶(Sr2+含量200 mg/L)复合离子水体的阻垢率达96.7%,可满足高钙、高钡锶离子水体阻复合垢需要。The poly (AA/MAC/MA) terpolymer was synthesized, named as CT, and the structure was characterized by infra-red spectrum. The scale inhibition effect of CT was also studied under high barium ion or high strontium ion concentration aqueous medium or the simulated formation water (containing Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Ba^2+, Sr^2+) condition. Furtherly, the measures to improve the scale inhibition effect of CT in high content of calcium ion was investigated. The results indicated that when adding 60 mg/L CT, the inhibition rate of BaSO4scale and SrSO4 scale was up to 100% and 80%, respectively, but the inhibition rate of calcium scale was only 50%. And the scale inhibition effect of CT was very obvious in simulated formation water containing low calcium ions (400 mg/L), high barium ions (500 mg/L) and high strontium ions (500 mg/L), as a result, the scale inhibition rate were up to 90% at a dosage of 100 mg/L. The complex scale inhibitor, which was composed of CT and CX in mass ratio of 2:1, could make the inhibition rate be up to 96.7% at a dosage of 100 mg/L in high calcium( 1000 mg/L), high barium(500 rag/L) and high strontium (200 mg/L) ion water, resulting in satisfying the need of restraining composite scale.
