银合欢叶的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究银合欢叶的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析分离、纯化银合欢叶的乙酸乙酯部位,并通过理化性质和TLC、UV、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为三十一烷醇(Ⅰ)、十八烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖(Ⅳ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ均为首次从银合欢叶中分离出。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents isolated from the leaves of Leucaena leucocephala.METHODS The leaves were extracted with ethyl acetate.The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods.The chemical and spectral methods（TLC,IR,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS） were used to determine the structures of the purified compounds.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as hentriacontanol（Ⅰ）,octadecylic acid（Ⅱ）,β-sitosterol（Ⅲ）,quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose（Ⅳ） and daucosterol（Ⅴ）.CONCLUSION The compoundsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ are isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
