摘 要:目的观察狗肝菜多糖对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化的拮抗作用。方法以DMN诱导Wistar大鼠致肝纤维化,观察狗肝菜多糖对大鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和白蛋白(ALB)等指标含量及肝、脾湿重的影响;Masso染色观察肝纤维化(HF)的形成。结果狗肝菜多糖高、低剂量组血清中ALT、AST、TBIL的水平均显著低于模型组,ALB水平高于模型组;给药组大鼠肝、脾湿重较模型组明显降低;肝组织炎症坏死和纤维化病变程度较模型组明显减轻。结论狗肝菜多糖具有抗DMN所致大鼠肝纤维化的作用,其机制可能与保肝降酶有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the antagonism of polysaccharide from Dicliptera chinensis to liver fibrosis of dimethyl nitrosamine(DMN) induced rats.METHODS The liver fibrosis in the rats was induced with DMN,those rats were administrated with polysaccharide.The contents of ALT,AST,TBIL and ALB content in serum were tested,and the wet weight of liver and spleen were also determined.The formation of liver HE stained by masson was observed.RESULTS Every dose of polysaccharide could decrease the contents of ALT,AST,TBIL and increase the contents of ALB significantly.The wet weight of liver and spleen in medicine groups was obvionsly decreased compared with model groups.The pathologically changing degrees of inflammation-necrosis and fibrosis in live tissue were clearly reduced.CONCLUSION The polysaccharide from Dicliptera chinensis can prevent the rats' liver fibrosis induced by DMN,and the mechanism may be associated with protecting liver and reducing the enzyme contents.
