辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病大鼠C反应蛋白和尿白蛋白排泄率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病大鼠血清中C反应蛋白(CBP)水平和尿白蛋白排泄率的影响,探讨其对糖尿病肾损害的保护作用及机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养4周加ip小剂量链脲佐菌素(25 mg.kg-1)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂喂饲对照组、2型糖尿病模型组、辛伐他汀组。模型建立后,干预治疗10周后测定血糖、血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、CRP和各时间点尿白蛋白排泄率等指标。结果辛伐他汀干预治疗10周后,辛伐他汀组的TG、TC、LDL-C、BUN、SCr和CRP等指标高于正常对照组,但明显低于2型糖尿病模型组(P<0.01);辛伐他汀组各时间点的尿白蛋白排泄率均高于正常对照组,但明显低于2型糖尿病模型组(P<0.01)。结论辛伐他汀可改善脂代谢、降低血清中CRP水平和尿白蛋白排泄率、改善肾功能,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Simvastatin on the C-reactive protein（CRP） and the urinary albumin excretion rate in type 2 diabetic rats＇ and to probe into the profection of Simvastatin against renal damage and the mechanism.METHODS Type 2 diabetic rats model was induced by high fat feeding for 4 weeks and ip 25 mg·kg-1 streptozoci.The experimental rats were randomly divided into 4 groups：normal control group,high fat feeding control group,type 2 diabetic model group and Simvastatin group.After 10 weeks treatment,the levels of blood glucose,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Ccr,C-reactive protein and the urinary albumin excretion rate were measured.RESULTS The levels of blood glucose,TG,TC,LDL-C,C-reactive protein in Simvastatin group were higher than those in normal control group,but much lower than those in type 2 diabetic model group（P0.01）.The urinary albumin excretion rate was higher than those in normal control group,but much lower than those in type 2 diabetic model group（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Simvastatin could improve the disturbance of lipid metablism,as well as decrease serum CRP level and the urinary albumin excretion rate,and play a protective role for kindey in type 2 diabetic rats.
