南山茶花化学成分的含量测定

摘　　要：目的测定南山茶花的化学成分。方法采用分光光度法测定南山茶花醇提物中总皂苷、总多酚以及总黄酮的含量。结果南山茶花醇提物中总皂苷、总多酚、总黄酮的含量分别为20.20%、6.27%、14.38%。结论所用方法简便、准确、稳定性好、重复性好。OBJECTIVE To study chemical compositions of the flower of Camellia semiserjrata Chi.METHODS Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of total saponin,total polyphenol and total flavonoids in extracts of flower of Camellia semiserrata Chi.RESULTS The contents of total saponin,total polyphenol and total flavonoids were 20.20%,6.27% and 14.38%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,stable and repeatable.
