摘  要:目的考察多因素对丹参注射液与溶媒配合后不溶性微粒变化的影响,优选配伍方案。方法采用正交试验,以溶液中微粒含量为观察指标,利用显微镜法测定溶液中不溶性微粒数。结果优选的配伍条件为温度25℃、剂量30ml、放置120min、与0.9%氯化钠配伍。结论优选的配伍方案稳定,重复性好,建议使用精密过滤输液器,严格遵守操作规程,以减少微粒产生的不良反应。Objective To optimize the compatibility and multivariate analysis of dynamic changes in insoluble particles made by salvia injection mixed with different solvents. Method The insoluble particles were determined by microscope method. Orthogonal design was used to select compatibility with insoluble as evaluation index. Result The optimum compatibility conditions were temperature of 25 ℃. concentration of 30 ml standing time of 120 min, mixed with 0.9 % sodium chloride. Conclusion The optimum compatibility was stable and reproducible. It is suggested that fine filtering infusion device should be used and obey the rules in order to reduce the particle-causing adverse reactions.
