6S管理在ICU护理安全管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的将6S管理用于护理管理实践中,探讨其对ICU护理安全的影响效果。方法运用"人、机、法、环、料"法确定ICU护理安全的评价指标;采用模糊层次分析法,分析各指标之间的关系,计算出各个指标的权重,并比较实施6S前后各指标的得分情况,得出改善效果。结果实施6S管理后,ICU护理安全评价指标中的各项指标均得到改善。其中,安全意识、6S教育培训、日常保养、差错事故发生率、消毒隔离、环境秩序、药品管理安全等7项指标改善效果大于20%;可靠性、操作的规范性、应急能力等3项指标改善效果在10%～20%;理论知识、操作技能、安全性、有效性、操作的高效性和医疗材料管理等6项指标改善效果小于10%。结论通过开展6S活动,提升了ICU护士的安全意识,提高了护理安全水平,降低了护理差错、缺陷、事故的发生率,从而有效规避了护理风险。Objective To study the effect of ICU nursing safety by applying the 6S management into the practice of nursing management. Method Man machine material method measure environment were applied to determine the ICU nursing safety evaluation indicators, using fuzzy hierarchy analysis method to analyze the relationship of the indicators, calculating the weight of various indicators and comparing scores of various indicators pre/post implemen- tation of 6S to obtain the improvement. Result After implementing the 6S, evaluation indicators of ICU nursing safety were improved. The safety consciousness, effect in 6S education and training, routine maintenance, incidence of error, disinfection isolation, environmental order, drug safety management are improved more than 20%. Effect of reliability, standard operation and emergency response capability was improved from 10% to 20%~ the theoretical knowledge, operational skills, safety, effectiveness, operational efficiency and medical material management are less than 10%. Conclusion The nursing risk can been avoided effectively by enhancing nursing safety awareness and improving safety, reducing errors, defects and accidents among ICU nurses by applying 6S management.
