摘　　要：高新技术在文献信息的生产、收集、加工、处理、存储和传递等工作中的广泛应用,产生了除纸质文献外的磁性文献、电子文献和网络文献等新型文献信息载体,文献信息的存取方式也随之发生了根本性的变革。图书情报部门及时完善硬件设备、提升信息管理人员的科技素质以及掌握和利用高科技的能力已是当务之急。High and new technology has been widely used in information production,collection, processing, handling, storage and transfer of work ,produced in magnetic literature , electronic literature and network literature except paper documents etc., information access has also undergone a fundamental change. Library and information depamnents should be timely and perfectly hardware equipment, improve information management staff technology quality cable as well as the master and the use of high - tech capabilities.
