穴位注射联合红光照射治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射联合红光照射治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:将突发性耳聋患者88例(89耳)随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组44例(45耳),对照组为44例(44耳)。对照组常规应用金纳多、三磷酸腺苷及地塞米松等药物,10日为一疗程。实验组在对照组的基础上,于耳门、听宫、听会三穴行局部注射,同时联合患侧耳部红光照射,隔日1次,疗程结束后观察两组疗效。结果:实验组总有效率82.2%;对照组总有效率63.6%。经统计学分析,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射联合红光照射较单纯药物治疗突发性耳聋的效果更好。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of the acupoint injection combined with red light irradiation in the treatment of the sudden deafness. Methods： 88 patients（89 ears）with sudden deafness were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. 44 ears of the control group were treated with ginaton, ATP and dexamethasone routinely, the time of treatment was 10 days. Based on the above treatment, 45 eats of the treatment group were treated with acupoint- injecion at the points of Ermen, Tinggang and Tinghui, combined with red light irradation on the same ears once every other day. Result： The total effective rate was 82.2% in the treatment group and 63.6% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： For treating sudden deafness, the acupoint injection combined with red light irradiation shows better therapeutic effects than the medicine used only.
