摘　　要：目的:了解血液透析患者对家庭护理的需求情况,为拟定社区家庭护理服务内容提供参考。方法:采用自行设计问卷,调查202例维持性血液透析患者对家庭护理的需求情况。结果:86.6%的血透患者有家庭护理的需要。结论:维持性血液透析患者对家庭护理有一定需求,应完善维持性血液透析患者的家庭护理体系,提高社区护理水平。Objective： To identify the needs of home care of hemedialysis patients, lo develop community home care services to provide reference. Methods：A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the needs of home care of 202 hemodialysis patients. Results： of the 202 patients, 86.6 % patients considered the home care was necessary. Conclusion： Home care are necessary for some kind of hemodialysis patients. We should perfect hemodialysis patients home caresystem and improve nursing level of community.
