北京西城区育龄妇女不良生育史影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查北京西城区育龄妇女不良生育史的发生情况及影响因素为制定干预措施提供依据。方法:采用横断面调查,在西城区7个街道调查2 977例已分娩妇女的不良生育史及孕妇个人史、生活习惯、接触危险因素等情况,通过单因素和多因素分析探讨影响不良生育史发生的危险因素。结果:研究人群的不良生育史发生率为4.3%。经单因素卡方检验,孕前偏食、孕前患有糖尿病及孕次多者不良生育史发生率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,孕妇孕前偏食(OR=1.736)、孕次≥3次(OR=8.876)者发生不良生育史的风险高。结论:不良生育史的发生受多种因素影响,与母亲孕次、孕前不良生活习惯及孕前患有糖尿病等有关,应尽早采取综合干预措施。Objective： To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of adverse reproductive history in women of childbear- ing age in Xicheng district of Beijing city, and provide a basis for making intervention measures. Methods： A cross - section survey was con- ducted to investigate adverse reproductive history, personal history, living habits, contact history of risk factors of 2 977 muhiparous women from seven streets of Xicheng district, univariate regression analysis and multivariate regression analysis were performed to explore the risk factors affecting the occurrence of adverse reproductive history. Results： The incidence of adverse reproductive history in study objects was 4. 3%. The results of univariate regression analysis showed that the incidences of adverse reproductive history were high in the women with pregestational dietary bias and diabetes mellitus and multiple gravidity, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The re- suits of logistic regression analysis showed that the risks of adverse reproductive history in women with dietary bias （ OR = 1. 736） and gravid- ity≥3 （OR = 8. 876） were high. Conclusion： The occurrence of adverse reproductive history is affected by many factors, which is correlated with gravidity, pregestational bad living habits, and pregestational diabetes mellitus, comprehensive intervention measures should be taken as early as possible.
