腹膜代阴道成形术后性生活质量调查及干预效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解先天性无阴道行腹腔镜辅助腹膜代阴道成形术后患者的性生活情况。采取相应的干预措施,提高先天性无阴道成形术患者术后的性生活质量。方法:将62例腹腔镜腹膜代阴道成形术患者根据自愿的原则分为干预组38例和对照组24例,对62例术后患者性生活情况进行随访调查,通过体格检查,性功能评分评估术后性生活质量。根据存在问题由专人对干预组采取相应的干预措施,进行规范的健康指导;手术1年后对两组患者性生活质量进行评估。结果:62例手术均获成功,47例术后有性生活,全部患者FSFI得分均>23分,干预组FSFI得分高于对照组,性生活质量明显优于对照组。结论:腹腔镜辅助腹膜代阴道成形术后患者性生活满意度较高,阴道成形术后患者普遍存在性生活问题,术后干预措施能有效提高患者性生活质量。Objective： To understand the sexual life situation of patients with congenital absence of vagina after laparoscopic vagi- noplasty with peritoneum, adopt corresponding intervention measures, and improve quality of sexual life. Methods： Sixty - two patients after laparoscopic vaginoplasty with peritoneum were divided into intervention group （38 eases） and control group （24 cases ） according to the principle of voluntariness, the sexual life situation was followed up and surveyed, and the quality of sexual life was evaluated after physical examination and sexual function score ; according to the existing problems, specially - assigned persons took corresponding intervention meas- ures in intervention group, and formal health guidance was conducted ; the qualities of sexual life in the two groups were evaluated at one year after surgery. Results ： The surgery succeed in 62 cases completely, 47 cases had sexual life after surgey, FSFI scores of all the patients were more than 23, FSFI score in intervention group was higher than that in control group, the quality of sexual life in intervention group was bet- ter than that in control group. Conclusion： The sexual life of patients after laparoscopic vaginoplasty with peritoneum is satisfactory, prob- lems about sexual life generally exist in the patients after surgery, postoperative intervention measures can effectively improve the quality of sexual life in the patients.
