摘　　要：目的探讨城市维稳条件下伤员院前急救药材及器械品类的配置标准，提高综合医院应急救援能力。方法收集新疆地区2009年以来293例因暴力事件入院患者的资料，并对其进行回顾性分析，采用系统分析法、专家深度访谈法对城市维稳伤员救洽药材、器械需求进行划分和配置。结果按照模块划分原则，获得由31种药品、12类耗材及55种器械组成的模块库，其中包括药材和器械通用模块2个，专用模块3个。结论通过对城市维稳伤员院前急救药材及器械的规范化设计，将提高城市暴力活动条件下药材及器械供应与需求的一致性和针对性。Objective In the urban peace -making conditions to study the wounded first -aid medicine equipment safeguard, to improve the first - aid ability of hospital. Methods Make the 293 cases of violence in the hospital as the object which since 2009, using review analysis, system analysis method,experts depth interview method to divide wounded first - aid medical equipment kind of urban peace - making. Results According to module dividing principle, acquired module base by 31 kinds of drugs, 12 groups consumables and 55 kind of instrument , including two medicinal materials equipment general module, three special module. Conclusion Through the standardization design of the wounded first- aid medical equipment kind of urban peace- making ,will improve the consistency and pertinence of medicinal materials equipment suoolv and demand in urban violence.
