灰色关联分析在城市系统规划优选方案中的应用

摘　　要：针对城市系统规划具有多目标、多因素、多层次的特点,利用变异系数法确定指标权重,建立了灰色关联度评价模型。利用初值化后的各方案与最优参考方案的不相似性进行验证,得出该评价模型能从整体上反映规划方案的优劣,有较好的实际应用价值,可信度高,能为相关建设部门提供决策支持。Aiming at the feature that the urban system planning schemes with multi -attributes and muhi -indexesand and multi-hiberarchy, adopted the method compared the variation coefficient to making rights with the theroy of gray correlation, a scheme optimization model for urban system planning is estab- lished by calculating the optimum degree between the evaluting scheme and the ideal one.The grey model is proved by the dissimilarities between the worked schemes and the optimum referrence scheme. So the relationship between indexes is compre- hensively analysized, the practical application value is good and creditable. The auspice of decision-making can be provided to the relative construction departments.
