摘 要:运用数值模拟和正交试验的方法,设计并开展了高粘度流体横掠花瓣形翅片管管束的试验。试验选取了实际中一个有代表性的结构进行建模,依据流速、翅片高度、节距和偏转角度的不同取值进行分组,对每一组数值计算,从而确定了流体在花瓣形翅片管管外流动的对流换热系数α和压降Δp的影响因素及其影响情况。用传热综合因子η来评估传热效果的好坏,结果表明u=0.5m/s,a=2.5mm,b=0.9mm,β=6°为最优的参数组合,综合传热因子达到1.9。Using the methods of numerical simulation and orthogonal test, it designed and carried out a test of high viscosity fluid flowing across petal shaped tubes. The test chose a representative structure of reality to build models, and divided into groups according to different numbers of flow velocity, fin height, pitch and deflection angle. It computed every group, in order to make sure that effect factors and how to effect in heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop. Using comprehensive heat transfer factor to evaluate heat transfer effects, the result indicates that u = 0.5m/s,a = 2.5mm,b = 0.9mm, β= 6° are the best parameters combination, and comprehensive factor is 1.9.
